Abstract: PURPOSE: A medical herb health beverage and a producing method thereof are provided to offer a fatigue recovery effect and a liver protection effect or astragali radix to users. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a medical herb health beverage comprises the following steps: washing unpeeled and dried astragali radix, and cutting the washed astragali radix into 2-5mm; adding water into a mixed solution of alcohol and persimmon vinegar to obtain a dilute-mixed solution; mixing the astragali radix with the dilute-mixed solution in a ratio of 100:35; heating the mixture in a roaster for 2 hours at 70 deg C; crushing the heated astragali radix; mixing the astragali radix powder with water, and extracting at 98 deg C; mixing the astragali radix extract, purified water, high fructose corn syrup, fruit concentrates, taurine, citric acid, trisodium citrate, scutellaria baicalensis extracts, and stevia; adding pectin and drink flavor into the mixture, and stirring before degassing the mixture at 98 deg C; and filtering and sterilizing the mixture.

Abstract: Herbal health beverages using Astragalus membranaceus extract as a main material and a preparation method thereof are provided to enhance an excretory function. A method for preparing herbal health beverages comprises the following steps of: wet-pulverizing 20-25 parts of Astragalus membranaceus, Kalopanax pictus, mulberry, Acanthopanax sessiliflorus, Achyranthes fauriei, Phlomis umbrosa, Paeonia lactiflora and Glycyrrhiza uralensis in constant size; dipping the pulverized mixture in 100 parts of purified water and extracting the mixture using a vacuum low-temperature extractor; filtering the extract once or twice; mixing the purified water and extract in a ratio of 7:3~8:2 and heating them at 80~90°C for 50~60 minutes; filtering the heated mixture with a 0.2mum filter twice or three times; and sterilizing the filtered mixture at 110~120°C for 30 seconds. The weight ratio of the herbal materials is 18:18:14:12:12:12:9:5. The drying step is performed in a ultrahigh-frequency drier.
