Abstract: PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for inspecting a bonding position are provided to enhance reliability according to the test of the bonding position by determining the bonding state of the bonding position. CONSTITUTION: A method for inspecting a bonding position is provided. A beam irradiated from a laser beam source is calibrated in a stripe pattern(10). The beam is irradiated on the bonding position of a produce(20). A distortion state of the beam irradiated on the bonding position is photographed(30). The inputted image or the inputted image signal is compared with an established image or an established image signal so as to determine the bonding state of the bonding position(40). The bonding state is determined(50).
