    Abstract: PURPOSE: An adhesive for bonding silicon rubber is provided to have high heat resistance and durability, thereby capable of being used as an adhesive to bonding silicon rubber which is used as an engine mount to an engine and maintaining adhesion for long time even at the temperature of 140°C or more. CONSTITUTION: An adhesive for bonding silicon rubber comprises a silicon rubber composition. The silicon rubber composition comprises 20-50 parts by weight of silicon rubber, 10-40 parts by weight of alcohol, 20-60 parts by weight of C6-8 aliphatic hydrocarbon. The adhesive comprises 5-35 parts by weight of one selected from methanol, isopropanol, methylethylketone, and toluene based on 100.0 parts by weight of the silicon rubber mixture, and/or additionally comprise 1-5 parts by weight of organic silane. The organic silane comprises one or more selected from chlorosilane, vinylsilane, alkoxysilane, and aminosilane.

    Abstract: A rubber composition for an automobile engine oil seal is provided to improve excellent seal CHARACTERISTIC of the front seal and rear seal and durability by optimizing the kind of the fluorine rubber, and to improve the leakage property of oil seal and wear property by together using K2O.TiO2 filler and graphite as the lubrication filler. A rubber composition for an automobile engine oil seal comprises Viton GLT(DuPont corp) 100.0 parts by weight as a fluorinated rubber, K2O.TiO2 30 parts by weight, graphite 5 parts by weight, peroxide cross-linker 5 parts by weight, MgO 6 parts by weight as a metal oxide cross-linker and processing aid 2 parts by weight. The K2O.TiO2 and graphite are used as the lubrication filler. The fluorinated rubber is a copolymer consisting of perfluoro methyl vinyl ether, hexafluoro propylene, vinylidene fluoride, and tetrafluoro ethylene.
