Abstract: PURPOSE: A system for accounting a game program charge is provided to make a user conveniently user a desired game after paying a game program charge and a communication network rate by connecting to a service providing server and to make the user pay the game charge by using cyber money, mileage money, or mileage points. The game server counts the use time of a specific game program. The service providing server accumulates the total use time of each program. A total charge corresponding to the total use time is calculated. The charge is requested for a game room manager(700). The total charge paid by the game room manager is provided to the game developer.
