PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle charger capable of achieving configuration simplification, high safety and high detection accuracy by obtaining required insulation in a simple configuration.SOLUTION: The vehicle charger includes GNDs of 3 systems of a minus-side potential (PLV) after diode bridge rectification of an AC power supply, a high-voltage battery GND of a vehicle (HV GND), and GND of a battery for vehicle control (control GND). A micro computer is installed in each of the 3 systems, and the 3 systems can communicate with each other.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charging device and method, capable of inexpensively and fully charging a battery, without especially using an expensive component and a special circuit. SOLUTION: The charging device includes an AC input power supply, the battery, a master charger and one or a plurality of slave chargers. The master charger calculates total output current from its own-master output current and slave output current of the slave charger, and determines the own-output current by comparing the total output current with target output current determined by a characteristic of the battery. The slave charger determines its own-slave output current by comparing target input current determined by master input current of the master charger with the own slave-input current. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a microneedle array, easily manufacturing a fine microneedle array including a very fine through-hole, and a microneedle array structure. SOLUTION: A very fine microneedle 5 is copied on a base material 3 for the microneedle array by thermal imprinting method, and the through-hole is formed in the microneedle by a short pulse laser method. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a courtesy lamp capable of accomplishing the enhancement of safety in getting on/off and the prevention of the generation of an unexpected situation by enhancing visibility regarding the state of a road surface and the ground. SOLUTION: The courtesy lamp is provided with a white light emitting part installed at the inner side of a door of the vehicle and at a predetermined position; a non-white light emitting part installed in a state proximal to the white light emitting part and emitting light of a different color from the white light, and can obtain reflection light of a different color from the road surface and the ground. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular braking device capable of preventing any loss caused by the heat generation by unnecessarily applying a mechanical brake by making a devise that a driver can select a regenerative brake and a mechanical brake by the hydraulic pressure or the like by his own will. SOLUTION: The vehicular braking device includes a brake pedal, a mechanical brake capable of demonstrating the mechanical braking by stepping on the brake pedal, and a regenerative brake capable of demonstrating the regenerative braking by electrically detecting the step-in of the brake pedal. The regenerative brake is functioned when stepping on the brake pedal until exceeding the predetermined amount while operating the brake, and both the regenerative brake and the mechanical brake are functioned by stepping in the brake pedal to a range over the predetermined amount. SOLUTION: The method includes preparing a transfer and shift mold 15 having a fine irregular pattern 13 and a metallic thin film 17 adhered to only a protruding part 13a and the vicinity thereof, pressing the mold onto a heated plastic substrate 3 to transfer the fine irregular pattern to the plastic substrate, and shifting the metallic thin film 7 to the plastic substrate side.
