Abstract:
The machine comprises a plurality of treatment sectors (3, 5, 7) rotating about at least one axis (X) of rotation, arranged in series along a feed path of the fabric (T). There is also provided a respective transfer system (19) of the fabric between consecutive treatment sectors, to transfer the fabric along the feed path from a sector upstream to a sector downstream. The or each transfer system (19) is designed to reduce the torsion induced in the fabric by rotation of the sector upstream with respect to the transfer system.
Abstract:
The machine provides a path (3) for feed of the fabric with a transfer system, for example a pneumatic system. Along the aforesaid path the fabric can be treated in rope form or in open width according to the machine settings.
Abstract:
The machine comprises: an advancement path of said web (T); at least one abrasive member, essentially cylindrical, rotating and abrasive (1) along the advancement path on which the material is guided; a means (3) for feeding said web material to said cylindrical member; and a means for distancing (11) said web material from said cylindrical member. The cylindrical member is associated a mobile guiding element (23, 25) on which the web material is guided, whose position varies with the variation of the contact arch between the web material and the cylindrical member. The speed of at least one of said feeding and distancing means is controlled according to the position of said mobile guide element.
Abstract:
A multiple scouring-fulling machine, comprising a single common tank (1) with perforated dividing partitions (3) allowing the intercommunication between the tank sections (5) formed by said partitions, and independently operating heads (12) overhanging each tank section (5).
Abstract:
A machine for continuous washing of fabric in rope form, comprising two or more wash tanks (11, 12), including an initial wash tank (11) in which the fabric (T) is designed to enter at a first speed (V1) and a final wash tank (12) from which the fabric is designed to exit at the same said first speed (V1), fabric being accumulable in said wash tanks. The machine also comprises means for alternate movement (19) of the fabric between at least two consecutive wash tanks (11, 12) with a second movement speed (V2), greater with respect to said first speed (V1), in such a manner as to alternately accumulate fabric in said two consecutive wash tanks (11, 12)..
