Abstract:
PURPOSE: To more improve an insect capture rate by geometrically improving a light emitting harmful insect capturer. CONSTITUTION: Concerning a flying harmful insect capturer for attracting harmful insects with direct light and scattered light, this device is provided with an attraction light source 16, an attaching means 10, a reflection plane 21 provided on the attaching means while forming an angle smaller than 90 deg. to a horizontal plane so as to directly irradiate a rising plane with light from the attraction light source, and a housing part 19 having a harmful insect unmovable plane 12, and while using reflected emission from the attraction light source 16, harmful insects are let enter from an upper opening part 24.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a multiple use functional composition having an active component of high concentration by comprising a sealed water soluble container adaptable to a dispenser, and a specific amount of pelletized water soluble or dispersible functional composition included in the water soluble container. CONSTITUTION: The weighted pelletized functional material 4 is poured and filled in a water soluble bag 3, and a fourth edge is thermally sealed lastly. The water soluble bag 3 has about 200 G or more capacity. The wrapped pelletized functional material 4 is usually used by removing a water impervious outerwrap 2, and placing an article 16 into a dispenser. The water soluble bag 3 includes the sufficient pellete 4 because it is provided for multiple use when the water soluble bag 3 is placed in the dispenser 5 to be brought into contact with the water. A temperature of the water to be sprayed on the article 16 through a nozzle 11, can be changed on the basis of the compositions of the water soluble container 3 and the pelletized functional material 4. The water is brought into contact with the pelletized functional material in the dispenser in order to form a solution, and the solution is dispensed to a place which needs the solution through a line 13.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem: prior art methods seek only to minimize use amounts of lubricant compositions and do not teach methods that are effective to provide different values for the coefficient of friction at different locations.SOLUTION: The passage of a container along a conveyor is lubricated by applying to the container or conveyor a lubricant composition comprising a water-miscible silicone material having a silicone emulsion wherein the silicone emulsion contains less than 500 ppm of a triethanolamine salts of alkyl benzene sulfonic acid compounds.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricating method of the passage of a container along a conveyor, capable of reducing waste, cleaning, and dust disposal problems.SOLUTION: The lubricating method is capable of supplying a quicker-drying lubrication for a conveyor and a container in the passage of the container along the conveyor by applying a mixture of water-miscible silicon material and water-miscible lubricant agent to the container or conveyor, and capable of cleaning a conveyor line better. The mixture is applicable in a comparatively small amount by reducing the usage of the lubricant, and it is possible to supply a thin lubricant film without substantially causing no dripping.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for the preparation of storage stable, low or no odor, water-soluble peroxycarboxylic acid compounds that also possess antimicrobial and bleaching properties.SOLUTION: The method for the preparation of the compound of formula I includes (a) a step of contacting a non-α sulfonated carboxylic acid with an oxidant under acidic pH conditions to produce a sulfoperoxycarboxylic acid. In the formula I, Ris a substituted or unsubstituted Cm alkyl group; Ris a substituted or unsubstituted Cn alkyl group; X is hydrogen, a cationic group, or an ester forming moiety; n and m are each 1 to 10; and m+n is equal to or less than 18.

SOLUTION: The present invention relates to compositions including medium chain peroxycarboxylic acid, a method for making these compositions, and a method for reducing the population of a microorganism. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fabric softener composition for using it in a dryer. SOLUTION: A fabric softener component and a carrier component are melt and mixed together to provide a fabric softener composition exhibiting a melting point higher than 90°C. The weight ratio of the fabric softener component to the carrier component can be between about 1:19 to about 19:1. Methods for manufacturing the fabric softener composition and method of using the fabric softener composition to soften fabric while the drying laundry is in a dryer are provided.
