PURPOSE: A non-slip floor construction method using inorganic-based aqueous polymer mortar installed in a park is provided to improve adhesion performance of a non-slip material by extending an open time of the inorganic-based aqueous polymer mortar when constructed. CONSTITUTION: A non-slip floor construction method using inorganic-based aqueous polymer mortar installed in a park is as follows. A laitance layer of concrete or mortar base is removed. A primer is spread out on the base in which the laitance layer is removed. A mortar composition which has inorganic-based powder and an aqueous polymer resin is spread out on the base surface in which the primer is spread out. An inorganic non-slip material or an organic-inorganic composite non-slip material is sprayed.

PURPOSE: A rubber weir capable of confirming abrasion is provided to predict the repair or replacement time by detecting the extent of abrasion as well as partial cracking of the rubber weir through the color. CONSTITUTION: A rubber weir capable of confirming abrasion is formed like a synthetic rubber plate. The tube is installed to cross the river. The tube expands and contracts due to the injection and exhaustion of the fluid. The rubber weir includes an abrasion verifier coating layers(18,18a). The abrasion verifier coating layer has the color different from the color of the carbon black. The rubber weir is coated with the abrasion verifier coating layer and another abrasion verifier coating layer.

A panel for preventing scum in sewerage is provided to ensure excellent hardness, anti-fouling property, adhesion resistance, durability under water, uniform coated surface and coating property. A panel for preventing scum in sewerage comprises includes a hardened film coated with a curing composition on at least one side thereof. The curing composition comprises frit 20-70 weight% including silicate in the amount of 50-150 g/m^3 per unit area, silica-containing material 10-35 weight%, inorganic filler 10-60 weight%, oxides 5-40 weight% and alumina compound 5-15 weight%.
