Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for manufacturing an ultra-thin carbon support film. The method provid es the ultra-thin carbon support film used as a specimen for high resolution transmission electron microscope (HRTEM) analysis for analyzing atom structures of nano-particle specimens. The ultra-thin carbon support film is fabricated such that a large- sized holy region is formed in the ultra-thin carbon support film, so that it is possible to obtain images of particles lying on the holy region through the HRTEM analysis while minimizing the size of the support film in the images. The ultra-thin carbon support film has a thinner thickness while maintaining structural and thermal stabilities, so the ultra-thin carbon support film is advantageously used for the HRTEM analysis of specimens.
Abstract:
The preset invention relates to an apparatus and method for detecting counterfeit identification cards. The apparatus for detecting counterfeit identification cards includes an internal database and a central control unit. The central control unit includes an image acquisition module for acquiring the image of an ID card, an ID card type determination module for recognizing a character from the image acquired by the image acquisition module and then determining the type of the ID card, and a counterfeit card detection module for reading an optimal counterfeit card detection method from a counterfeit card detection method database based on the type of the ID card determined by the ID card type determination module, and determining whether the ID card is counterfeit using the read optimal counterfeit card detection method.
