The invention relates to a device for loading orders from at least one server to at least one integrated circuit card, said card comprising a first order execution program and a first memory. The invention is characterized in that the server comprises means for loading at least one block of a sequence of orders relating to one service onto the card; means for saving at least one sequence block in the first memory; and updating means which can be used to modify, delete or add at least one sequence block in the first memory. The invention is also characterized in that the card comprises sequence block searching means which are suitable for searching for a sequence block related to a particular service after an order of a block has been executed. The invention is particularly suitable for use in the mobile telecommunications area.

The invention concerns a method for managing vehicle pay parking, using at least a time recording machine (10) connected to a parking server (2). The invention is characterised in that since said time recording machine (10) and mobile telephones are equipped with short-distance communication means: a user, provided with at least one (20) of said mobile telephones, transmits to the time recording machine (10) at least: data concerning the user's identity, data concerning parking time; the time recording machine (10) supplies to means (12, 13, 14) controlling parking authorisation, at least data concerning parking time; the time recording machine (10) supplies to the parking server (2), said data concerning the user's identity and the specific parking fee to be paid, at least, based on data concerning parking time, to charge the user.

The invention concerns a method for making a portable object with card format comprising: an object body including a plastic support sheet (12), a plastic incorporating sheet (18) and first (19) and second (20) external covering sheets; an antenna (11) provided with two antenna terminals (13); and an integrated circuit chip (14) incorporated in the incorporating sheet (18), and electrically connected to the antenna. The inventive method is characterised in that it comprises steps which consist in: laminating the support sheet (12), whereon the chip (14), with the incorporating sheet (18) has been transferred so as to obtain a first laminated assembly; and in a subsequent step: covering the first laminated assembly with the first (19) and second (20) external covering sheets. The invention is particularly useful for making contactless cards by hot lamination.
