A method for ink jet printing comprises application of the ink in the molten state. A hot-melt ink jet composition comprises a solid carrier component, an image-forming composition, and from about 5 to 75 percent, by weight of an emulsifier and is useful for ink jet printing.

Abstract: In order to deposit films of materials, such as polysilicon or silicon dioxide, on major surfaces of substrates (7) by a low-pressure chemical vapour deposition (LPCVD) process, gas, such as a silane gas, is admitted to chamber (1) at one end and is pumped through the chamber by a pump (4). The substrates are mounted such that the general direction of gas flow is perpendicular to the substrate major surface, and are heated to cause reaction of the gas to form the required film. In order to achieve uniformity of the deposited films over a number of substrates, the pressure in the deposition chamber is maintained below 10mTorr.

La détection d'un signal à la fréquence f2 indique alors la présence des noyaux choisis à proximité de l'objet magnétisé ou magnétisable.
