Abstract: A dual image display device is provided to form an opened hole in a backlight panel to display a structural body, which is positioned at the rear of the backlight panel, on a front portion of an LCD panel through the opened hole, thereby utilizing the LCD panel in various types. An image display device comprises an LCD panel(100) disposed at the front thereof, and a backlight unit(200) disposed at the rear thereof. An opened hole(230) is formed at a predetermined location of a flat panel of the backlight unit, and illuminating elements(220) are formed at a region except the predetermined location. A structural body(300) is positioned at the rear of the opened hole so that the structural body is displayed on a front portion of the LCD panel through the opened hole.
