Abstract: 본발명은방전전극이탑재된방전전극소켓코아부및 이와결합되는소켓베이스부간의결합깊이를선택적으로조절함으로써방전전극소켓코아부에서소켓베이스부로이동하는에어의유출량을선택적으로조절할수 있는 "에어유량조절이가능한방전전극소켓"에관한것이다. 본발명에따른에어유량조절이가능한방전전극소켓은원추형의첨두부를갖는방전전극과, 상기방전전극이삽입되어안착되는방전전극소켓코어부와, 상기방전전극소켓코어부가삽입되어결합되는관통중공부를가지며상기원추형의첨두부를갖는방전전극이노출되는개구부를갖는소켓베이스부를구비하며, 제전거리또는제전영역에맞추어원추형첨두부를갖는상기방전전극과상기개구부사이의공극크기가가변되도록상기소켓베이스부와결합되는상기방전전극소켓코어부의체결깊이를조절함으로써상기방전전극소켓코어부에서상기소켓베이스부로이동하여유출되는에어의유출량을제어할수 있다. 본발명에따른방전전극소켓을사용하는경우코로나방전형이오너이저에장착되는방전전극소켓마다에어의유출량에차이를둘 수있으므로제전대상의거리내지범위(또는영역)에맞추어최적화된제전효율을기대할수 있다는이점이있다.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a soft X-ray ionizer with an air ejecting scheme which may extend an irradiation range of an irradiating distance of a soft X-ray by simultaneously discharging pressure air upon irradiating the soft X-ray using a soft X-ray tube module in connection with a unit capable of supplying compression air. The soft X-ray ionizer with an air ejecting scheme according to the present invention includes a high voltage generation module to output a predetermined high voltage through a high voltage line; a soft X-ray tube module which receives the high voltage to irradiate the soft X-ray; an air and high voltage line distribution module formed therein with a first through portion through which the high voltage line passes and a second through portion into which external compression air is introduced; a first flexible pipe to detachably connect the high voltage line generation module to the air and high voltage line distribution module; and a second flexible pipe to detachably connect the air and high voltage line distribution module to the soft X-ray tube module. Since flexible pipes are used, the soft X-ray ionizer according to the present invention may be freely installed in various directions according to a position of a charge elimination target object. That is, since ions may be injected to the charge elimination target object through the compression air, a charge elimination time may be reduced and a wide range may be charged.
