    Abstract: The present invention relates to a cooling control system and a cooling control method to manufacture cosmetics which allow cosmetic ingredients to be gradually cooled for a fixed period of time in a process of heating the cosmetic ingredients to raise their temperature and then cooling the cosmetic ingredients, thereby preventing the agglomeration of the cosmetic ingredients and also making the cosmetic ingredients into homogenized cosmetic contents. The cooling control system to manufacture cosmetics comprises: a chamber (10); a jacket (50) formed in a wall space portion of the chamber (10) and allowing a cooling material to pass through the jacket (50) to cool liquid cosmetic ingredients in the chamber (10); a coolant inlet pipe (60) and a coolant outlet pipe (70) respectively installed on one side of the jacket (50) and on the other side of the jacket (50) and respectively injecting cold coolant into the jacket (50) and discharging the coolant to the outside; a coolant inlet valve (80) and a coolant outlet valve (80) respectively installed on one end of the coolant inlet pipe (60) and on one end of the coolant outlet pipe (70) and respectively restricting the inflow of the coolant into the jacket (50) and the outflow of the coolant from the jacket (50); a chamber temperature sensor part (90) installed in the chamber (10) to sense the temperature of the cosmetic ingredients in the chamber (10); a jacket temperature sensor part (100) installed in the jacket (50) to sense the temperature of the coolant in the jacket (50); a cooling completion time input unit (110) receiving a desired cooling completion time through an input panel from a user; a target cooling temperature input unit (120) receiving a target cooling temperature through an input panel from a user; and a control unit (130) to generally control the opening/closing operations of the coolant inlet valve (80) and the coolant outlet valve (80).
