Abstract: Transdermal preparation containing non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs is provided to preserve high drug release rate during its application, and increase adhesive activity, and minimize side effects by rapidly absorbing water from the skin by hydrophilic polymer and inhibiting evaporation of absorbed water by hydrophobic layer. The transdermal preparation contains a support layer(1) having flexibility, a hydrophobic adhesive layer(2) located under the support layer, containing hydrophobic adhesive agent and preventing loss of water absorbed from the skin and reverse transfer of drugs, and a drug adhesive layer(3) located under the hydrophobic adhesive layer, and containing non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, acryl adhesive agent for adhering the transdermal drugs to the skin, and a hydrophilic polymer resin for promoting water absorption from the skin, wherein the hydrophobic adhesive layer is polyisobutylene adhesive agent, styrene-isoprene-styrene adhesive agent or styrene-butadiene-styrene adhesive agent; non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug is ketoprofen, diclofenac, flubiprofen or felbinac; and the hydrophilic polymer resin is polyvinylpyrrolidone or polyethyleneglycol.
