Abstract:
PURPOSE: A mild composition for a external skin application with weak acid conditions for reducing a skin irritation property is provided to maintain the antiseptic ability while reducing a skin irritation by a chemistry antiseptic substance. CONSTITUTION: A mild composition for a external skin application is controlled with pH into 3.0~5.5, therefore capable of reducing the content rate of a chemistry antiseptic substance by 20~100%. The composition uses alpha hydroxy acid including glycolic acid, lactic acid, malic acid, citric acid or tartaric acid as a pH adjusting agent. The composition is capable of using as a dosage form of a base make-up material including a face lotion, a facial cream, a face pack, and hair gel, a cosmetic material including a foundation cream, a mascara, and an eyeliner, and a medicine material including all kinds of ointments.

본 발명은 신규한 레티노이드 유도체 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 피부 유효성분으로 알려진 레티노이드를 전활성화 (pre-activation)하여 폴리에스테르계 고분자를 결합시키거나, 폴리에스테르계 고분자를 전활성화하여 레티노이드를 결합시키거나, 또는 레티노이드의 작용기에 폴리에스테르계 고분자를 형성할 수 있는 단량체를 결합시키고 상기 단량체를 중합시킴으로써, 레티노이드의 불활성화를 억제하여 안정성을 증진시키고, 레티노이드의 결정화를 억제하여 화장품 제형 내에서 레티노이드 성분의 분산을 보다 용이하게 하며, 피부에 도포시 레티노이드의 피부흡수를 조절할 뿐만 아니라, 피부자극을 감소시키는 효과가 있는 레티노이드 유도체 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 레티노이드*폴리에스테르*레티노이드 유도체

Abstract:
The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for manufacturing cosmetics for skin wall reinforcement, in which similar lamellated corpuscles as a raw material for atopic treatment are put in a heater in boiling water and then heated for a predetermined period of time while being stirred, thereby extracting a cosmetic material containing white grains. The apparatus according to the present invention comprises: an inner container; an outer container; a heating unit which is installed in a space between the inner container and the outer container, and heats a heat transferring liquid contained in the space by external power to convert similar lamellated corpuscles present inside the inner container into white smooth grains; a stirring unit which is installed above the inner container and stirs materials inside the inner container; a draining unit which is installed below the inner container and drains the converted cosmetic materials to the outside; and a control panel which is electrically connected to the heating unit, a motor for stirring, and a motor for draining to achieve a connection to commercial power, wherein the control panel determines the operating temperature and operating time of the heating unit and controls the operations of the motor for stirring and the motor for draining.
