PURPOSE: A skin regeneration promoting agent containing epidermal growth factor(EGF), platelet-derived growth factor-AA(PDGF-AA), and insulin-like growth factor 1(IGF-1) is provided to promote skin regeneration and wound healing, and to minimize scar. CONSTITUTION: A skin regeneration promoting agent contains EGF, PDGF-AA, and IGF-1. The skin regeneration promoting agent further contains one or more growth factors among TGF(transforming growth factor beta) and FGF(fibroblast growth factor). The skin regeneration promoting agent promotes wound healing and regeneration of keratinocyte or fibroblast. PURPOSE: A mesoporous inorganic composite material of titanium dioxide is provided to ensure UV protection ability by dipping a UV protection agent in a pore. CONSTITUTION: A mesoporous inorganic composite material of titanium dioxide contains a mesoporous titanium dioxide(TiO2) molecule and a UV protection agent which is supported in a pore of the molecule. The UV protection agent is one or more among an organic UV protection agent and an inorganic UV protection agent. A method for preparing the mesoporous inorganic composite material comprises: a step of hydrolyzing a titanium dioxide precursor; a step of plasticizing prepared titanium dioxide; a step of mixing a metal precursor or an organic UV protection agent; a step of dipping the titanium dioxide in a mixture solution; and a step of drying and plasticizing.

A method for forming a surface structure on a synthetic mica is provided to remove shining of the raw material in a product by reducing glossiness of a raw material itself, and prevent darkness or braking of a makeup due to absorption of sebum oil by increasing oil absorptivity of the raw material. A method for forming a surface structure on a synthetic mica comprises the steps of: (1) treating a surface of a synthetic mica with 2 to 6 wt.% of an acid; (2) cooling the acid-treated synthetic mica to a temperature of 30 to 40 deg.C for 30 minutes to 2 hours to form a structure on the surface of the synthetic mica; and (3) performing coating of the structure-formed surface of the synthetic mica by a wet coating, dry coating or vapor phase coating process. The step(1) is conducted by applying an energy range of 500 to 1000 J/ml to the synthetic mica when treating the surface of the synthetic mica with the acid. The step(1) is performing using at least one acid selected from the group consisting of hydrofluoric acid, nitric acid, acetic acid, hydrochloric acid, and phosphoric acid. The step(3) is performed by using at least one coating material selected from the group consisting of methicone, triethoxycaprylylsilane, acrylate/tridecyl acrylate/triethoxysilypropylmethacrylate/dimethiconemethacrylate copolymer, and triethoxysilylethyl polydimethyl siloxyethylhexyl dimethicone.
