Abstract: PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition for stabilized higher oily part is provided to ensure emollient effect and water resistance. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition stabilized higher oily part is a water/oil/water emulsified composition in which 3-56 weight% of oil ingredient is stabilized. The water/oil formulation contains: 1-8 weight% of silicon emulsifying agent and PEG-added dipolyhydroxyalkylate emulsifying agent; 2.5-8 weight% of hectorite oil dextrin and dextrin alkaylate oil tackifier; 0.1-5 weight% of salt, and 20-45 weight% of polar oil. The salt is sodium chloride and magnesium sulfate.
