Abstract: A sterilization cleansing/liquor aging device is provided to age the liquor in a short time by radiating ultrasonic to the liquor using air as a material. A sterilization cleansing/liquor aging device comprises an operation/display unit, a material obtaining unit(210), a liquor aging unit(220), a sterilization cleansing unit(230), a wash water supply unit(110), an ultrasonic unit(180), a drain unit(120), a full-water level sensing unit(130), a water level sensing unit(140), a timer unit(160), an air bubble unit(190), a power supply unit(170), and a central control unit(200). The material obtaining unit obtains the material which is selected by the operation/display unit. The liquor aging unit sends an operation command to the ultrasonic unit if a liquor aging command is input. The sterilization cleansing unit sends an operation command to the wash water supply unit and the ultrasonic unit simultaneously if a sterilization cleansing command for vegetables and fruits is input. The ultrasonic unit operates an ultrasonic oscillator. The central control unit is electrically connected to the units to control operation of the units.
