Abstract:
본 발명은 진공단열재의 진공도 측정 장치 및 이를 이용한 측정방법에 관한 것으로, 진공단열재의 진공도 측정 장치는 진공단열재의 일부 영역에 밀착되어 진공단열재의 외부에 밀폐된 공간을 형성하는 챔버와, 이러한 챔버의 하단에 형성되어 진공단열재의 표면에 밀착되는 패킹과, 챔버와 연결되어 밀폐된 공간의 압력을 조절하는 진공수단 및 챔버의 내부에 구비되어 압력의 변화에 따른 진공단열재 외피의 변위를 측정하는 변위센서를 포함한다. 또한, 내피재와 그를 감싸는 외피재로 이루어지는 진공단열재의 진공도를 측정하는 방법에서, 외피재가 중첩되어 있는 일부분을 챔버로 밀폐하고, 챔버 내부 공간을 진공상태로 만들며 압력의 변화에 따른 외피재의 변위를 측정함으로써 진공단열재의 손상 여부를 검사하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공단열재의 진공도 측정방법을 제공한다.

본 발명은 진공단열재를 적용한 면상 발열체 및 이를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 평판형태로 형성되는 코어재와, 상기 코어재를 커버하는 외피재로 이루어진 진공단열재와, 상기 진공단열재 일면에 형성되는 전도성 물질층과, 상기 전도성 물질층의 양측에 각각 형성되는 금속 박막 전극 및 상기 전도성 물질층 및 상기 금속 박막 전극을 보호하는 보호필름층을 포함하는 면상 발열체를 제공함으로써, 우수한 면상 발열 효과를 구현하면서도, 단열과 난방을 동시에 구현할 수 있도록 하는 발명에 관한 것이다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A vacuum insulator including a getter material for absorbing moisture and gas and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to easily absorb gas generated from the inside, maintain the decompression state of the inside, and improve durability by using a getter material in which a moisture absorbent and a small quantity of a gas absorbent are mixed. CONSTITUTION: A vacuum insulator including a getter material for absorbing moisture and gas includes a heartwood part(120), a getter part(130), and a coating material part(110, 110'). The heartwood part is decompressed and sealed. The getter part includes the one central side of the heartwood part. The coating material part surrounds and seals the heartwood part. The getter part packs the getter material in which a moisture absorbent and a gas absorbent are mixed with a nonwoven fabric. The moisture absorbent is one of calcium oxide, calcium chloride, zeolite, silica gel, alumina, and activated charcoal, and the gas absorbent is an oxygen absorbent mode of a Fe group compound.

PURPOSE: A vacuum insulation panel and an apparatus for evaluating the inner vacuum degree of the vacuum insulation panel using a frequency-response method are provided to disperse or reduce impact force depending on the surface flatness and hardness of the vacuum insulation panel. CONSTITUTION: A vacuum insulation panel(100) comprises an exterior material(110), a core material(120), and a rigid body(130). A getter, which is harder than reference strength, is inserted between the exterior material and the core material and maintains the surface flatness and hardness of the vacuum insulation panel. The rigid body is formed on the top of the getter.

PURPOSE: A complex core material for a vacuum insulation material with excellent initial insulation performance and long-term durability is provided. CONSTITUTION: A core material(100) for a vacuum insulation material is formed of a complex having glass fiber wool(120) and glass fiber board(110). The glass fiber board is formed on one side or both sides of the glass fiber wool. The glass fiber board has fumed silica powder, silica powder, perlite powder, or aerogel powder. The coat material contains a coat material for vacuum package.

PURPOSE: A vacuous insulating material and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to keep barrier function by using nonwoven layer as the protection layer of coating material, and to sole problem of thermal performance fall of the insulating material by the high thermal conductivity of the barrier layer. CONSTITUTION: The vacuous insulating material(100) includes: a core part(110); a coating material; a sealing layer; a barrier layer; and a nonwoven layer. The core part includes the core(120) and the coating material coats the core part. The sealing layer surrounds the core part and the barrier layer surrounds the sealing layer. The nonwoven layer surrounds the barrier layer. The getter material is a group consisting ofthe ssilica gel, zeolite, activated charcoal, zirconium, barium compound, lithium compound, magnesium compounds, calcium compound and quicklime.
