Abstract: The present invention relates to a mooring apparatus capable of being used as a berth facility for a ship, or a pontoon or a floating breakwater by installing a lower mooring structure using a buoyancy pipe and a connection bracket made of polyethylene (PE) and installing a foothold and a safety handrail made of polyethylene and more specifically, to a mooring apparatus capable of dividing the mooring apparatus into multiple mooring units in the lengthwise direction and connecting each mooring unit in the lengthwise direction by an expandable joint unit. Therefore, the mooring apparatus transfers each mooring unit manufactured on the ground to a lake or a stream of land, or coastal waters, and can easily and rapidly assemble the mooring unit as long as required. Therefore, the mooring apparatus can maximally reduce time and cost for the installation of the mooring apparatus, prevent an additional burden, such as security of site, required to manufacture the mooring apparatus, and can be optimally applied to a long structure, such as a berth facility for a ship, or a pontoon or a floating breakwater by minimizing dangerous and difficult works required on the water.

Abstract: 본 고안은 내파성 가두리시설이나 선박용 접안시설과 같은 계류구조물의 베이스를 구축할 수 있도록, 부력튜브와 발판 등의 조립을 위한 다수 개의 연결브라켓을 측방향으로 맞대어 결합시키도록 한 연결브라켓 조립체에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 연결브라켓을 측방향으로 맞대어 제공되는 연결부위에 쐐기식 클램프를 설치하고, 상기 클램프가 볼트 및 너트에 의하여 해당 연결부위와 견고히 결속되게 함으로서, 연결브라켓 자체에 암수 형태의 조립수단을 제공한 경우와 비교하여, 조립 과정에서의 제품 파손을 방지하고, 조립체의 손쉬운 착탈작업이 가능하며, 연결브라켓의 사출성형에 필요한 금형비용을 절감시키고, 연결브라켓의 단독사용 및 조립체로의 연결사용이 모두 가능한 호환성 있는 어셈블리를 제공하며, 연결브라켓의 프레임 형상에 맞추어 조립되는 쐐기식 조립체에 의하여 육상 뿐만 아니라 수상에서도 계류구조물의 손쉽고 정확한 설치 및 신속한 유지보수가 가능함은 물론, 계류구조물의 시설강도를 보강하는 측면에도 크게 기여할 수 있도록 한 계류구조물용 연결브라켓 조립체에 관한 것이다.
이를 위하여 본 고안은, 사각틀 형상의 지지살 프레임 하부 또는 내부에 부력튜브(5)용 튜브링(12)이 제공된 다수 개의 연결브라켓(10)(10')을 측방향으로 맞대어 결합시킴으로서 계류구조물(1)의 베이스를 구축하도록 한 연결브라켓 조립체에 있어서, 상기 연결브라켓 조립체는, 각 연결브라켓(10)(10')의 측면프레임이 맞대어지는 연결부위에 끼움식으로 설치되는 조립용 클램프(19)와, 상기 조립용 클램프(19)를 측면프레임과 일체로 결속시키기 위한 체결볼트(18) 및 너트(18a)가 되며, 상기 조립용 클램프(19)는, 연결부위를 이루도록 맞대어진 2개의 측면프레임 부분이 내측으로 삽입되는 "ㄷ"자 형상의 수직클램프(20)와, 측면프레임과 연결된 수평 방향의 지지살이 내측으로 삽입되는 "ㄷ"자 형상의 수평클램프(21)가 교차된 열십자(十) 형태의 클램프가 되며, 상기 체결볼트(18)는 조립용 클램프(19) 중에서 2개의 측면프레임이 삽입된 수직클램프(20)를 관통하여 너트(18a)와 체결 설치되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
