    Abstract: A method and a system for measuring biomechanical data of the pelvis are provided to improve diagnosis accuracy using the biomechanical data of the pelvis of the subject as musculoskeletal disorder. An information collecting unit(110) collects the location information about the biomechanical data measuring position of the pelvis. The biomechanical data measuring position of the pelvis is left/right PSIS(Posterior Superior Iliac Spine), a center position of the PSIS, and left/right IC(Iliac Crest). An information analyzing unit(130) produces the biomechanical data of the pelvis based on the position change between the reference point and the movable point of the biomechanical data measuring position of the pelvis. The biomechanical data of the pelvis is one of a pelvis rotation angel, a pelvis obliquity angle, a pelvis tilting angle, and a pelvis elevation.
