PURPOSE: A process for preparing dye-absorbed TiO2 micropowder ink is provided to prepare dye-absorbed TiO2 micropowder ink for preparing a dye sensitized solar cell through pre-heat treatment and pre-absorption methods. CONSTITUTION: A process for preparing dye-absorbed TiO2 micropowder ink comprises the steps of: (i) obtaining TiO2 fine powder by preparing TiO2 paste using TiO2 nanosol, heat-treating the paste, and activating the paste using a ball mill; (ii) preparing dye-absorbed TiO2 fine powder by dissolving the TiO2 fine powder in an organic solvent in which N3 or ruthenium-based dyes or Zn porphyrin dyes and performing centrifuging after adsorption; and (iii) preparing TiO2 fine powder ink by mixing the dye-absorbed TiO2 fine powder with a polymer.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A poly3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene(PEDOT) - polystyrene sulfonic acid(PSSA) compound layer and a dye-sensitized solar cell including the same are provided to prevent the deterioration of electrical properties due to thermal processing in laminated electrode manufacturing. CONSTITUTION: An emulsion is manufactured by mixing 10 to 30 weight percent of ethylene-2,3-dioxythiophene(EDOT), 10 to 20 weight percent of polystyrene sulfonic acid(PSSA), and 60 to 80 weight percent of water. A poly3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene(PEDOT) - PSSA water dispersible solution is manufactured by adding 5 to 20 weight percent of ammonium persulfate into the emulsion. A PEDOT-PSSA coating solution is manufactured by adding 1 to 10 weight percent of polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP) and 1 to 5 weight percent of a silica surface processing agent into the PEDOT-PSSA water dispersible solution. The thickness of a PEDOT-PSSA complex layer is 200 to 800 nm.
