Abstract:
The present invention relates to a multi layer pixel collimator for computed tomography and an operation method thereof. In a collimator which shields a part except a region for radiation emitted from a computed tomography (CT) device arranged in front of an X-ray detector, a damping layer comprises: a hinge shaft arranged with an arc shape with a constant distance, and a damping plate which is connected to the hinge shaft and is formed with pixels formed in a row. The damping plate is selectively opened/closed according to the control of the motion of a rotation motor by a control part formed in each hinge. A damping wall is formed by vertically stacking the damping layers. According to the present invention, the collimator having such configuration using a CT technique can prevent an image from being not displayed on a region of shielding radiation and also reduce exposure with regard to normal organ tissues as much as that.

본 발명은 유동픽셀 양성자 치료용 콜리메이터에 관한 것으로서, 다양한 공간의 형상을 연출하여 조사되는 양성자의 세기를 조절하는 조사영역을 구성하는 콜리메이터에 있어서, 양측에 배치된 다수개의 마이크로 모터와 중간에 배치된 다수개의 스프레드 패널 사이를 1대1로 탄성 릴에 의해 서로 연결하되, 상대적으로 먼 쪽의 마이크로 모터와 스프레드 패널을 같은 개수의 비율로 서로 연결하고, 중간에 배치된 다수개의 스프레드 패널 전체를 이등분하여 반대편의 마이크로 모터에 의해 각각 양쪽으로 이동된 상태를 상기 마이크로 모터에 의해 탄성 릴을 감지 않은 스트레스 해제상태로 한 것이며, 양성자 치료를 위해 종래 수제작을 하던 감쇠체와 보상체의 제작방식을 콜리메이터를 통한 리버스 콜리메이션 방식으로 Bragg-peak에서 스프레드가 필요한 구간에 스프레드 패널을 집속시켜 감쇠 구간과 모양을 프로그램을 통해서 결정하고, 이를 종양의 치료에 적용시키도록 한 효과가 있다.

PURPOSE: An MRI-LINAC medical equipment fused with a rail system is provided to minimize the time and spatial interval between an image diagnosis and a radiation therapy while isolating an MRI apparatus and an LINAC apparatus. CONSTITUTION: An MRI equipment(110) is installed in a first room(100). A first room is magnetically spaced from the MRI equipment. An LINAC equipment(210) is installed in a second room(200). The second room is radioactively-isolated. . A rail system(300) passes through the first room and the second room. The rail system interlinks the MRI equipment and the LINAC equipment. A first couch(400) is reciprocated between the MRI equipment and the LINAC equipment.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A dual ring magnetic resonance imaging apparatus and complex medical equipment are provided to eliminate a spatial and temporal gap by fusing MRI equipment and gamma knife equipment in equipment. CONSTITUTION: Complex medical equipment(10) comprises a dual ring magnetic resonance imaging apparatus(100) and a gamma knife(200). The gamma knife irradiates gamma-rays the location of a lesion which is found by the dual ring magnetic resonance imaging apparatus. The location of the lesion is calculated as a coordinate based on image date obtained by the dual ring magnetic resonance imaging apparatus. The gamma knife is integrated in the dual ring magnetic resonance imaging apparatus forming a strong magnetic field. The gamma knife irradiates the gamma-rays by a cobalt source.
