The present invention is to form single and poly crystals by performing a laser annealing process on amorphous transition metal dichalcogenides formed by a deposition process. The present invention relates to a multi-layer transition metal dichalcogenide element and a semiconductor device using the same. By organizing a transition metal chalcogenide in multi-layers, desirably more than three layers, which was previously in a single layer, a wide range of wavelengths from ultraviolet rays to near-infrared rays can be absorbed. To achieve this, a multi-layer transition metal dichalcogenide is used to absorb rays of a relatively wide range of wavelengths compared to a single-layered transition metal dichalcogenide. The present invention discloses a multi-layer transition metal dichalcogenide element in which a semiconductor channel is formed by the multi-layer transition metal dichalcogenide.

PURPOSE: A PC beam unit connection structure for expanding spaces and a construction method thereof are provided to reduce a construction period by enabling the proceed of upper layer construction upon the completion of frameworks such as beams. CONSTITUTION: A construction method of a PC beam unit connection structure for expanding spaces comprises the following steps: breaking down a nonbearing wall and embedding one end of a plurality of connection stud bolts (210) into the end of existing slab (S) and wall (W) to expand a space; penetrating a connection stud bolt into the fastening hole of the connection stud bolt in a beam end plate (160) and lifting a PC beam unit (100); welding a beam upper main bar (110), a beam lower main bar (120), and beam steel frame (130) to the beam end plate; and pouring concrete.

PURPOSE: A PC(Precast Concrete) column connection structure using a low moment zone is provided to be simply installed in a construction field by being constructed as a dry process and to include excellent structural performance on vertical and horizontal loads and bending. CONSTITUTION: A PC column connection structure using a low moment zone comprises a low moment connection unit connector(100), an upper PC column(UC), and a lower PC column. The low moment connection unit connector comprises an upper plate, a lower plate, and a bending prevention member. The lower moment connection unit connector is located in the low moment zone in which moment applied to the column is low or minimum. The low moment connection unit connector is installed as a mold on the upper part of the lower PC column or the lower part of the upper PC column in a manufacturing process of the PC column. The lower moment connection unit connector comprises a PC column connection plate in a shape which is same as the upper plate.

PURPOSE: A form device for a PC(precast concrete) column and a manufacturing method of a PC column using the same are provided to enable the simple installation of steel frames and the simple arrangement of reinforcing bars. CONSTITUTION: A form device for a PC column comprises a pallet(100), two side panels(200), steel frame supports(300). The pallet is installed on the ground. The side panels are installed on both sides of the pallet higher than the height of reinforced concrete. The steel frame supports are installed on the front and rear surfaces of the pallet and surround the edges of a main joint lower plate(14) or sub joint upper plate.

PURPOSE: A steel bar guider for inserting a steel bar into a flange of a steel frame or a web and a steel bar arrangement method using the same are provided to reduce construction cost and construction period and secure the safety of an operator. CONSTITUTION: A steel bar guider(100) for inserting a steel bar into a flange(CF) of a steel frame or a web(CW) comprises a guide rail(10) and a lever(20). The lever is attached in the guide rail. The guide rail is composed of a rail(12) and a steel bar insertion port(14). The radius of an inlet hole for the steel bar insertion is formed a single body with one side of the rail or larger than a radius of the steel bar insertion port integrally formed or joined at one end of the rail. The rail on the guide rail is inserted in a steel bar through-hole and a steel bar(SB) is inserted on the insertion port and then a lever is pulled for removing the steel bar guider without the movement of the steel bar.
