Abstract: PURPOSE: A content reproducing device, a method, a content providing device, and a method for synchronizing left/right streams in a fixed and moved fusion type of a 3D TV are provided to synchronize a left image and a right image in a 3D TV broadcast. CONSTITUTION: A synchronization information generation unit(203) generates time stamp pair to synchronization information. The time stamp pair includes a time stamp corresponding to an access unit of a left image and a time stamp corresponding to an access unit of a right image. A synchronization information multiplexing unit(204) multiplexes the synchronization information to signaling information.
