Abstract: A remote control camera system and a driving method thereof are provided to rotate a camera by corresponding to a change at a rotary angle of a display device, and control the camera in a desired direction by calculating a horizontal or vertical rotary value of the camera and rotating the camera by corresponding to the horizontal or vertical rotary value of the camera. A remote control camera system comprises a camera(200), a display device(100), and a control part(300). The camera rotates in a horizontal or vertical direction. The display device displays an image corresponding to an image signal, and has a rotary angle of the display device changed in a horizontal or vertical direction. The control part rotates the camera in a horizontal or vertical direction by corresponding to the change at the rotary angle. The control part displays the image, corresponding to the image, on the display device. The control part includes a display sensing part(330) for sensing the change in the rotary angle, and a camera driving part(340) for calculating a horizontal or vertical rotary value of the camera and rotating the camera by corresponding to the horizontal or vertical rotary value of the camera. The control part includes an image signal processing part(310) and a display driving part(320).
