Abstract: PURPOSE: An assembly structure of a radiator grill and a bumper is provided to prevent the damage of the radiator grill and a bonnet by preventing the radiator grill from hitting a bonnet in a collision test. CONSTITUTION: A radiator grill(2) is installed at the top of a bumper mounted with the front of a vehicle. A couple of horn units(3) are extended from the top of the bumper, and covers both sides of the radiator grill. A boss(21) is extended from both upper ends of the radiator grill, and is inserted into a hole formed with the horn unit. A rib(32) is formed at the lower side of the hole, and is contacted with the lower end of the boss. A screw(4) passes through the rib, and is coupled with the boss. Thus, both upper ends of the radiator grill are fixed on the horn unit.
