Abstract: The present invention relates to an ejecting apparatus for a multi-stage mold molded product capable of safely and quickly ejecting a molded product while successively separating each multi-stage mold when the molded product is ejected after injection molding is performed within the multi-stage mold in an injection molding machine. The present invention comprises: a multi-stage movable mold plate which is installed at a moving part; a ejecting plate which is installed at the rear of the movable mold plate of the moving part and is separately operated; a fixing link which is installed at one side of a first mold plate located at the front among a number of multi-stage movable mold plates; a controlling link which is installed at one side of a support fixing plate fixed to the moving part and is connected to the fixing link; a guide pin which is selectively installed at the remaining movable mold plate except for the first mold plate located at the front among a number of multi-stage movable mold plates and is connected with the controlling link; a stopper and a stopper edge which make a pair at each side of the movable mold plate and support fixing plate being separated from each other, wherein the separation distance between the movable mold plate and support fixing plate being separated from each other is accurately maintained in operation by forming an accurate gap between the stopper and stopper edge in advance; and an ejecting rod which is installed at the rear of the first mold plate among movable mold plates. Abstract: PURPOSE: A sludge flash dryer is provided to operate facilities in a cost effective manner and fuelize dried sludge by dehydrating sludge at low cost. CONSTITUTION: A sludge flash dryer includes a drying unit(100) and a hot wind supplying unit. The drying unit includes a main body(101), a hot wind supplying chamber(103), a hot wind dispersing nozzle(104), a pulverizer(105), a plurality of colliding plates(116), a first driving motor(107), a first driving shaft(108), a classifier(110), a second driving motor, and a second driving shaft. The hot wind supplying chamber is installed at the lower part of the main body. The hot wind dispersing nozzle is installed in the main body. Abstract: An apparatus and a method for decomposing organic waste by irradiating electronic beam are provided to decompose non-degradable organic waste promptly, thereby improve the generation efficiency of methane gas by irradiating electrons accelerated by an electron beam accelerator onto organic waste, thereby rapidly generating radicals with high reactivity. An apparatus for decomposing organic waste by irradiating electronic beam comprises: a decomposition tank(10) in which organic waste is stored, and which has a snail-shaped transfer pipe(60) installed in an inner upper part thereof to move organic waste; and an electron beam accelerator(20) which is installed above the decomposition tank to decompose the organic waste by irradiating electron beams onto the snail-shaped transfer pipe, thereby forming radicals with high reactivity in sludge contained in liquid phase organic waste. The snail-shaped transfer pipe is formed in such a spiral shape that the entire diameter of the pipe degreases as it goes from an upper side to a lower side of the pipe, and the pipe has a suspension outlet(70) formed on a bottom part thereof. The decomposition tank has a suspension inlet(50) formed at one side of an upper part thereof to flow the organic waste that is a suspension into the decomposition tank, a suspension pump(90) installed at the outer lower side thereof to discharge the suspension, and a gas exhaust pipe(80) installed on one side of an upper portion of an outer peripheral surface thereof to exhaust the gas.
