Abstract: PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of compost from an organic waste is provided to efficiently compost organic waste, effectively purify a liquid organic waste by using thermophilic microorganisms which is hot water extracted from a Salix koreensis. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of compost from an organic waste using thermophilic microorganisms comprises following steps. The organic waste is separated to a state of solid and liquid. The thermophilic microorganisms which are hot water extracted from a Salix koreensis is mixed in a solid organic waste. Thermophilic microorganisms which are hot water extracted from the Salix koreensis is added in a liquid organic waste and fermented. A mixture of solid organic waste and a fermented material of liquid organic waste and the thermophilic microorganisms which are hot water extracted from the Salix koreensis are fermented and matured. The manufacturing method of the hot water extracts from the Salix koreensis comprises following steps. An extracts is obtained from a root and a stem or a body of the Salix koreensis. The body of the Salix koreensis is treated with the extracts of the Salix koreensis in 35-45 °C for 5-10 days. The extract is obtained from the extracts-treated Salix koreensis, matured for 2-4 days at a room temperature. The matured extract is injected as 20L rate in 1 tone of natural water.
