Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for discriminating Chinese cabbage species using molecular marker is provided to use as a device for mediating infringement of species protection right of Chinese cabbage. CONSTITUTION: A marker for discriminating Chinese cabbage contains BRMS-27, BRMS-34, BRMS-43, BRMS-50, BRMS-56, KS10440, KS10621, KS10970, KS30200, KS30260, KS30270b, KS30930, KS31001, KS40270, KS40400 or KS51115 primer set. A method for discriminating species of Chinese cabbage comprises: a step of isolating genome DNA derived from Chinese cabbage; a step of amplifying DNA using a marker for discriminating species of Chinese cabbage with the genome DNA; and a step of confirming PCR product through electrophoresis and discriminating the species of Chinese cabbage.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供一种用分子标记鉴别白菜种的方法，作为调查大白菜品种保护权侵害的手段。 构成：鉴别大白菜的标记物包含BRMS-27，BRMS-34，BRMS-43，BRMS-50，BRMS-56，KS10440，KS10621，KS10970，KS30200，KS30260，KS30270b，KS30930，KS31001，KS40270，KS40400或KS51115 引物组 一种鉴别白菜种的方法，包括：分离衍生自大白菜的基因组DNA的步骤; 用基因组DNA鉴别大白菜品种的标记物扩增DNA的步骤; 并通过电泳确认PCR产物并区分大白菜的种类。

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for testing the purity of watermelon F1 seed is provided to resolve economical problem by preventing loss of labor or time. CONSTITUTION: A method for testing the purity of watermelon F1 seed comprises: a step of selecting a primer set which has polymorphism to F1 breed; a step of amplifying a genome DNA isolated from F1 with a primer then detecting; and a step of testing the purity of the watermelon F1 seed. A kit for testing the purity of watermelon F1 seed contains a primer set, DNA polymerase and PCR buffer.
