    Abstract: PURPOSE: A continuous manufacturing method of chlorine dioxide gas and an apparatus thereof are provided to continuously maintain a manufacturing process of chlorine dioxide gas by preventing overlapping of manufacturing processes in two reactors. CONSTITUTION: A continuous manufacturing method of chlorine dioxide gas includes the following steps: injecting liquid/air to mixed liquid by putting a chlorite solution, a hypochlorite solution and an acid solution to a first reactor(14); injecting the air to the mixed liquid during the constant time; discharging a partially mixed solution to a second reactor(18); injecting the air into the partially mixed solution supplied to the second reactor; discharging waste liquid from the second reactor successively injecting liquid/air to the first reaction after completing discharge of the partially mixed solution; and repeating a mixed liquid transfer step and a waste liquid discharge step.
