Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a roughage composition containing an unaerobic fermentation product of browses(twigs and leaves) of Pinus pentaphylla instead of rice straw as a main component is provided. Therefore, the browses of Pinus pentaphylla are useful as a substitute roughage source for rice straw. CONSTITUTION: A roughage composition contains an unaerobic fermentation product of browses of Pinus pentaphylla as a main component and additionally a nutrient supplement such as urea or calcium carbonate. The browses of Pinus pentaphylla are ground into a size of 3 to 10mm and then anaerobically fermented with a suitable amount of moisture, a fermentation promoter and a deterioration preventing agent to give a roughage composition for feeding livestock. The roughage composition has a moisture content of 55 to 70%.

A saccharizing method of wood type bio-mass using acid-catalase and supercritical water is provided to obtain monosaccharide which is main ingredient of bio-ethanol from wood type bio-mass as well as starch type ingredient and substitute starch type ingredient in a field of producing bio-ethanol ingredient. A monosaccharide is obtained from wood type bio-mass by saccharizing with supercritical water under acid catalysis at 325-425°C, 218.3-340atm for 10-120 seconds. The wood type bio-mass comprises populus, pitch pine, larch, yellow poplar, poplar, or rice straw. The acid catalyst is the hydrochloric acid, the acetic acid, and the nitric acid or the sulfuric acid.
Abstract:
A saccharification method of a wood-based biomass is provided to reduce a saccharification reaction time of the wood-based biomass by using supercritical water instead of a sulfuric acid. A saccharification method of a wood-based biomass comprises a step of saccharifying the wood-based biomass using supercritical water to prepare monosaccharide from the wood-based biomass. The wood-based biomass is saccharified with the supercritical water which has pressure of 218.3~340atm and temperature of 325~425°C for 10-120 seconds. The wood-based biomass is selected from the group consisting of aspen, pinus rigida, larch, lilii Bulbus timber, cottonwood and rice straw.

A manufacturing method of a cadalene-glucose derivative is provided to reduce toxicity to cells and increase water solubility of cadalene and enhance anticancer effects of cadalene for inhibiting self-proliferation of lung cancer cells by substituting a hydroxyl group in the 7th site by a molecule of glucose. A 7-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-3-methoxycadalene as a cadalene-glucose derivative represented by a formula(1), is manufactured by reacting the 7-O-(tetra-O-acetyl-beta-D-glucopyranosyl)-3-methoxycadalene as a precursor of cadalene-glucose, which is prepared by reacting 7-hydroxy-3-methoxycadalene isolated from heartwood of zelkova tree with penta-O-acetyl-beta-D-glucopyranose, with an organic solvent selected from alcohols having carbon numbers of 1-10 and n-butylamine at room temperature for 10-20 hours.

본 발명은 오미자나무의 열매(이하 오미자로 약칭함)로부터 분리한 고미신 화합물(gomisin compound)의 용도에 관한 것으로서 보다 상세하게는 오미자로부터 분리한 고미신 N, 고미신 A를 함유하는 항암제, 면역강화제 및 건강보조식품에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 오미자로부터 분리한 고미신 화합물의 용도로서 특히 Gomisin A와 Gomisin N를 함유한 항암제, 면역강화제 및 건강보조식품의 제공을 목적으로 한다. 한편 본 발명은 오미자로부터 분리한 Gomisin A와 Gomisin N의 새로운 기능성을 이용하여 식품 및 의약분야의 다양한 제품에 활용하는 것을 또 다른 목적으로 한다.
