Abstract: 본 고안은 해수를 얼음으로 만드는 해수 제빙장치에 관한 것으로, 별도의 산소 공급장치를 사용하지 않고도 해수에 충분한 산소를 공급하여 용존 산소량 부족으로 인한 해산물의 죽음을 방지할 수 있도록 산소를 함유하고 있는 해수 얼음을 제조할 수 있도록 하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
본 고안의 해수 제빙장치는 냉각기(2)에서 냉매를 이용하여 염화칼슘이 포함된 브리안을 -55~-65℃까지 냉각시킨 후 제빙기(1)로 공급하고, 혼합기(3)는 액화산소탱크(5)에서 공급된 액화산소와 예냉탱크(6)에서 공급된 해수를 혼합시킨 후 혼합물 펌프(4)를 통해 제빙기(1)의 내부로 분사시켜 결빙되도록 함으로써 제빙기(1) 내부의 제빙 드럼에서 산소가 함유된 해수 얼음이 만들어지도록 한다.
본 고안의 해수 제빙장치로 만들어진 해수 얼음은 해수와 액화산소가 혼합되어 있어 냉장 보관이 요구되는 해산물이나 살아있는 상태로 운반되는 해산물을 유통시킬 때 염도 유지 및 산소 공급을 통해 신선도 유지는 물론 생명 유지시간이 길어지게 한다.-
