    Abstract: The fiber treating agent is composed of chitosan, collagen, amino silicone or ethylene vinyl acetate germicide, deodorizer and dyeing agent, etc. In example, the functional fiber is treated with the treating agent composed of 50% ethylene vinyl acetate, 30% water, 5% deodorizer, 2% bactericidal agent, 9% ceramic fine particle, 30% chitosan/collagen compound and 1% thickener. The fiber treating agent has a good sterilization and deodorizing characteristic.

    Abstract: An anchor and method of installing the anchor are provided to reinforce fixture of the anchor in an excavation by splaying an anchor extending body with an extending cap, which moves through thermite reaction. An anchor comprises a plurality of tensile members(w), an anchor main body(10), an anchor extending body(30), an extending cap(50), and an extending unit. The tensile members are arranged in parallel. The anchor main body is attached to the tensile members and inserted in an excavation. The anchor extending body includes a case(31) and extendable portions(32). The case covers the external circumference of the anchor main body. The extendable portions are attached to the case circumferentially at regular intervals, and extend from the end of the case. The extending cap, which is located at the lower part of the anchor extending body, moves along the anchor main body, and includes an inserted part(51) and a funnel-like part(52). A diameter of the inserted part is smaller than a diameter of the anchor extending body. The funnel-like part extends outwards from the inserted part obliquely, having a diameter, which is larger than the diameter of the anchor extending body. The extending unit, which is installed under the extending cap, inserts the extending cap in the anchor extending body so that the extendable portions splay toward the inner wall of the excavation, and extends the excavation.

    Abstract: A method of reinforcing the ground is provided to increase skin friction and reinforce support of the ground by applying pulse discharge to the inner surface of an excavation to compact the excavation. A method of reinforcing the ground includes the steps of: forming an excavation(h) under a ground(e) on which a structure is built; filling the excavation with a grouting material(g); extending the bottom of the excavation to make a bulb(r) through a termite reaction caused by transmitting energy to a metal mixture made of metal oxide and metal powder; and curing the grouting material filled in the excavation. During the extension of the bottom of the excavation, the metal mixture is attached to a pulse discharge device(190) having an anode and a cathode, which are separated from each other. The pulse discharge device discharges pulses by supplying pulse power, thereby transmitting energy caused by pulse discharge to the metal mixture. The pulse discharge device lifts up in the excavation level by level, discharging pulses. The pulses press the inner surface of the excavation so that the excavation is compacted.
