Abstract: PURPOSE: A magnetized water manufacturing apparatus is provided to suppress a problem of degradation of a magnet by the dew condensation of a water pipe, and to produce stably hexagonal water for a lone time by focuzing magnetic force to the inside of the water pipe. CONSTITUTION: A magnetized water manufacturing apparatus comprises a housing(100), magnets(210, 220, 230), and a water seal(400). The housing comprises a penetration hole(101) which passes through a water pipe. The magnets are installed on the housing to operate magnetic field inside of the water pipe. The water seal is formed inside of the penetration hole of the housing to block the contact of moisture and magnets. The water seal is comprised of water sealing resin. The housing comprises the first housing(110) installed with magnets, the second housing(120) formed of the first housing and the penetration hole, and the coupler coupling the first and second housing to be attachable and detachable. Yoke elements(310,320,330) installed on the housing are additionally included to focus through the water pipe with the magnetic flux of magnets.

Abstract: A method of producing bean curd using soybean milk is provided to prevent bubble from being formed during heating the soybean milk and the soybean milk from being coagulated from the outside to the inside generated during the packing of cold soybean milk(soft soybean curd), and eliminate the need of using a defoamer. Soybean milk is heated at 80 to 90deg.C for 10sec to 3min in a first step and 95 to 100deg.C for 3 to 7min in a second step, mixed with a coagulant for 2 to 10sec in a coagulation tank, aged in an aging tank and cooled with purified water of 2 to 5deg.C. In the aging process, the soybean milk is aged at 60 to 85deg.C for 10 to 30min in the aging tank.
