Abstract: The present invention relates to an inductor which is improved to be able to lower the height of an inductor core and secure a current capacity and an electronic device including the same. The inductor by the present invention includes: a coil in which a current flows; and a core on which the coil is wound. The core includes: a central part on which the coil is wound; an expansion part which is formed to be expanded along the circulation path of a magnetic flux which is caused by the current of the coil at both ends of the central part; and a lateral part which is arranged to face the central part across the coil by being formed to be extended along the circulation path of the magnetic flux from the expansion part. A first cross section of the expansion part at a first position on the circulation path of the magnetic flux separated from an end of the central part by a first distance is larger than a second cross section of the expansion part at a second position on the circulation path of the magnetic flux separated from an end of the central part by a second distance which is longer than the first distance. By the forementioned composition, the present invention is able to secure the current capacity of the inductor by minimizing the bottleneck phenomenon of a magnetic flux which is generated in the inductor core.
