    Abstract: PURPOSE: A display apparatus and an image compensation method thereof are provided to improve color and brightness differences between display panels by including an image compensation part. CONSTITUTION: Each display panel(1,2,3,4) is partitioned into a three by three region(I). A border region corresponding to an edge part of the display panel is adjacent to a border region of the other display panel. A non-uniform compensation data generation part generates non-uniform compensation data corresponding to each region. The non-uniform compensation data generation part interpolates the non-uniform compensation data of the border region. A detection part detects display characteristics of an image displayed on each display panel.
