Abstract:
PURPOSE: An organic light-emitting device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to form a light-emitting layer of an embossing structure using poly beads. CONSTITUTION: An anode(110) is formed on a substrate(100) by evaporating a transparent conductive material like an ITO, an IZO, a snO2 and a znO2. A plurality of polymer beads(150) is coated on the anode. The polymer bead can be formed into a cupola-shape on the anode by a thermal process. A HTL(115) is formed in order to cover the polymer bead on the anode. A light emitting layer(120) is formed on the HTL. A cathode(130) is formed on the light-emitting layer.

PURPOSE: A polymer is provided to have high triplet energy level, thereby providing an organic light emitting diode with high current density and high luminance. CONSTITUTION: A polymer includes m repeating units. The n^th repeating unit of the repeating units is a first repeating unit indicated in chemical formula 1. A first dihedral angle between the A_1 ring of the n^th repeating unit and the first aromatic ring of an n-1^th repeating unit and/or a second dihedral angle between the A_2 ring of the n^th repeating unit and the second aromatic ring of the n+1^th repeating unit have an angle of χ_50%=A+B(Φ+4Θ) or more.

PURPOSE: A polymer is provided to transfer all holes and electrons, to have a high triplet energy level, thereby being capable of improving performance of current density, brightness, etc. of an organic light emitting diode. CONSTITUTION: A polymer comprises repeating units in chemical formula 1 and has a weight average molecular weight of 2000-100000. An organic light emitting diode comprises a substrate, a first electrode, a second electrode, a first layer which comprises the polymer and is inserted between the first electrode and the second electrode. The first layer is an electroluminescent layer and comprises a phosphorescent dopant. The phosphorescent dopant is a metal complex comprising metal selected from of the following: Ir, Pt, Os, Re, Ti, Zr, Hf, or combinations thereof.

An organic light emitting compound, an organic light emitting device containing the compound, and a method for preparing the organic light emitting device are provided to improve enhance the solubility, color purity and thermal stability of the compound, thereby lowering drive voltage and enhancing efficiency, color purity and brightness. An organic light emitting compound is represented by the formula 1, wherein CY1 and CY2 are independently a benzene ring or a naphthalene ring but the case of both CY1 and CY2 are a benzene ring is excluded; Ar1 is a substituted or unsubstituted C31-C100 aryl group; R1 and R2 are independently H, a halogen atom, a cyano group, a nitro group, a hydroxyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C1-C50 alkyl or alkoxy group, a substituted or unsubstituted C5-C50 cycloalkyl or heterocycloalkyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C6-C50 aryl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C2-C50 heteroaryl group, -N(Z1)(Z2) or -Si(Z3)(Z4)(Z5); and Z1 to Z5 are independently H, a substituted or unsubstituted C1-C50 alkyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C6-C50 aryl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C2-C50 heteroaryl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C6-C50 cycloalkyl group or a substituted or unsubstituted C5-C50 heterocycloalkyl group.
