Abstract: PURPOSE: A waterproof structure of a portable terminal is provided to connect circuit apparatuses which are respectively installed to a housing and to improve reliability of a portable terminal. CONSTITUTION: A flexible printed circuit(102) is inserted to the inside of a second housing from a first housing. A wiring hole(115) is formed in a housing. The wiring hole offers a route that the flexible printed circuit passes through. A waterproof member is offered on the wiring hole. The waterproof member adheres closely to the outer circumference of the flexible printed circuit by adhering closely to the inner wall of housings.
