Abstract: 본 발명은 제1 하우징과, 상기 제1 하우징 상에서 상기 제1 하우징의 길이방향으로 슬라이딩 이동함으로써 개폐되는 제2 하우징을 구비하는 슬라이딩 타입 휴대용 무선 단말기에 있어서, 일단이 상기 제1 하우징 상에 회동 가능하게 결합되는 링크 바(link bar)와, 상기 링크 바에 탄성력을 제공하는 코일 스프링을 포함하는 스프링 모듈을 구비하고, 상기 스프링 모듈은 상기 제1 하우징의 길이방향을 따라 소정 거리 이내에서는 상기 제2 하우징이 닫히는 방향으로 슬라이딩 힘을 제공하고, 소정 거리 이외에서는 상기 제2 하우징이 열리는 방향으로 슬라이딩 힘을 제공하는 슬라이딩 타입 휴대용 무선 단말기를 개시한다. 상기와 같은 슬라이딩 타입 휴대용 무선 단말기는 코일 스프링의 탄성력을 이용하여, 제2 하우징의 슬라이딩 개폐 동작이 반자동으로 구현됨으로써 사용이 편리하게 되었다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A keypad coupling device of a portable terminal is provided to extend keypad guide frames such that the keypad guide frames are restricted on a body housing along external girths of the first and second keypads, and to extend many guide coupling projections and a locking hook along an extension direction of the keypad guide frames, thereby magnifying size of keypad keys. CONSTITUTION: A receiver is recessed on a body housing(10). The first keypad(20) is set on the receiver. The second keypad(30) is attached to the first keypad(20). Keypad guide frames(40) restrict the first and second keypads(20,30) on the body housing(10). The body housing(10) has the receiver recessed from an upper side(10a), supplies a flat surface on a bottom of the receiver, and arrays many openings(12) on the flat surface. The first keypad(20) is made of a silicon material, and is attached to the flat surface of the receiver. The first keypad(20) has the first projections(21) on a lower side thereof, and has at least more than one second projection(22) on an upper side thereof in opposite direction to the first projections(21).

Abstract: PURPOSE: A hinge module of a portable wireless terminal is provided to easily open a folder at a short stroke angle by forming mountain-shaped parts of a hinge cam non-symmetrically. CONSTITUTION: A hinge shaft(20) includes a mountain-shaped part(22) at one side and a shaft(21) at the other side, has pairs of planes(21a) and curved surfaces(21b) at the end of the shaft(21), and is combined with a folder for rotation. A hinge cam(30) is located opposite to the hinge shaft(20), includes a pair of mountain-shaped parts(31) facing each other in the hinge shaft direction and a cave-shaped part(32) between the mountain-shaped parts(31). The mountain-shaped parts(31) form a gentle slope(31a) and a steep slope(31b) non-symmetrically. The hinge cam(30) includes a predetermined fixed protrusion(34) protruded in an axial direction, so that the hinge cam(30) slides with the hinge shaft(20). A hinge spring(40) is placed at a rotating shaft direction, has one end assembled at the fixed protrusion(34) of the hinge cam(30), and provides a returning force to the hinge cam(30). A hinge housing(11) receives the hinge cam(30) and the hinge spring(40) in the order, wherein the end of the hinge shaft(20) is protruded.

Abstract: An SIM(Subscriber Identification Module) card coupling device of a portable terminal is provided to configure a setting portion in box shape to prevent a sliding action when an SIM card is coupled, thereby improving an SIM card coupling force of the terminal. A setting groove is located in a predetermined position of a bottom surface of a lower casing frame of a terminal body, to be fixed in connection with a setting portion(300). A connector terminal is supplied inside the setting groove to connect with a socket of an SIM card. The setting portion(300) consists of guide rails(301) and a guide portion(302). The guide rails(301) are formed on both sides of the setting portion(300) in length direction of the setting portion(300) to guide when the SIM card is coupled. The guide portion(302) covers the SIM card when the SIM card is coupled, and is formed in an upper section of the guide rails(301) to connect the guide rails(301) together. Fixing units(500) are protruded in lower direction on an inner side of the guide portion(302), to contact the connector terminal of the setting groove with the socket of the SIM card while fixing the contacted terminal and the socket without sliding.
