Abstract: A display apparatus having plural input terminals and a method thereof are provided to output the same graphic image as a disposition state of the input terminals installed in the display apparatus on a screen, thereby enabling a user to recognize easier that any external device is connected to any terminal in the present. A display apparatus(100) includes plural input terminals(110-1,110-2,...,110-n), an output unit(120), a determination unit(130), and a control unit(140). The output unit outputs a graphic image corresponding to a disposition state of the plural input terminals on a screen. The determination unit determines whether an external signal is inputted to each of the plural input terminals. The control unit controls the output unit to activate an image of an input terminal, to which the external signal is received, and inactivate an image of an input terminal, to which the external signal is not received.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A bake plate unit of a spinner for manufacturing a semiconductor is provided to prevent damage to a wafer in process and to embody a stabilized system, by guiding the wafer and detecting a position of the wafer so that the wafer can be settled in its right position in a bake plate of the spinner. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of penetrating holes are installed along a circumference of a wafer(1), separated from each other by a predetermined interval. A plurality of approximating sensors(15) are installed in each penetrating hole to detect a right position of the wafer. A bake plate is connected to the approximating sensor, and an electric wire of the bake plate is drawn out to the exterior through the penetrating hole. A guide plate(40) is installed at every corners on the bake plate to guide the wafer to its position. A side plate(20) is mounted on a circumference of the bake plate, and a plurality of exhausting holes(21) are inwardly installed along the circumference of the bake plate. A cover is placed on the bake plate.
