Abstract: PURPOSE: A solid proton conductor for a fuel cell, and the fuel cell using thereof are provided to produce an electrolyte film for the fuel cell with the improved heat resistance and proton conductivity without using water or phosphoric acid as a liquid vector. CONSTITUTION: A solid proton conductor for a fuel cell contains a sulfonated polymer, and a hydrophilic polymer with an acidic group as a polymer solvent offering a proton transfer route. The hydrophilic polymer with the acidic group is a phosphoric acid group containing polymer. The phosphoric acid group containing polymer is either a polymerized compound marked with chemical formula 1 or a compound marked with chemical formula 1a. The fuel cell includes a cathode, an anode, and an electrolyte film inserted in between the cathode and the anode.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A proton conductor for a fuel cell, an electrode including thereof, and the fuel cell using thereof are provided to improve the oxygen solubility of a phosphonic acid material using perfluoroalkyl sulfonate ammonium salt, and to improve the utility ratio of a Pt catalyst. CONSTITUTION: A proton conductor for a fuel cell contains a phosphonic acid material, and perfluoroalkyl sulfonate ammonium salt with C1~C20 capable of being dissolved into the phosphonic acid material. The phosphonic acid material is either phosphoric acid or organic phosphonic acid with C1~C20. The fuel cell using the proton conductor includes a cathode, an anode, and an electrolyte film located in between the cathode and the anode. At least one of the cathode and the anode contains the proton conductor.
