Abstract: PURPOSE: An apparatus and method for supporting time-controlled service in a machine to machine communication system is provided to simplify access limitation process instead of continuously performing service flow establishment/cancelation process by the access allowance/prohibition timing. After registering the M2M service, the M2M terminal(110) establishes the service flow with the M2M base station(120).
