Abstract:
The present invention relates to a system and an apparatus for managing a user consumption right for a multimedia service which allow a client having a right to watch multimedia to delegate the right to other clients. The method for managing a client consumption right for a multimedia service according to the present invention comprises the following steps: transmitting, from a client to a server, a delegation suggestion request message for delegating the client's right; and receiving, from the server, a response message to the request message, wherein the request message includes at least one among an delegation ID, a delegator ID, a delegation recipient ID list, and delegation details. [Reference numerals] (201) Delegation suggestion request (delegation ID, delegator ID, delegation recipient ID list, delegation details);(203,205) Delegation notification (delegation ID, delegator ID, delegation details);(207) Request delegation reception (delegation ID, delegation recipient ID);(209) Check whether an applicant is able to be delegated;(211) Accept the delegation request (delegation ID);(213) Tell the delegation request acceptance (delegation ID, [delegation recipient ID]);(215) Tell the delegation request acceptance (delegation ID, delegation recipient ID);(217) Tell the termination of the delegated service part;(219) Provide a delegated service (media);(AA) State being connected to a ISC service
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A contact number providing method through interworking between a messaging service and other service and a device thereof are provided to receive an extended contact list from other service in a messaging service, thereby extending the number of contacts. CONSTITUTION: A memory(305) stores a contact number profile list received from a data and service provider. An I/O interface(303) transmits/receives information to/from other system elements. A contact list management unit(307) stores contact list information synchronized with a contact list in an application client. A control unit(301) receives a request for user preference and a new contact number list from the application client. The control unit delivers the request for the new contact number list to an interworking server. The control unit receives a contact number profile from a service provider through the interworking server. The control unit filters the contact number profile and delivers the same to the application client. [Reference numerals] (301) Control unit; (303) I/O interface; (305) Memory; (307) Address list management unit; (309) Preference management unit

Abstract:
PURPOSE: A group message dialogue providing method in a messaging service is provided to conveniently manage dialogue charts by separating dialogue groups using an apparatus. CONSTITUTION: When a parent dialogue identification is existed in a database, an apparatus determines an activated dialogue identification as a child dialogue identification(309, 311). The apparatus creates a dialogue tree by copying other dialogue identifications into a message. The apparatus creates a dialogue window related to the activated dialogue(317). The apparatus adds the dialogue window related to the dialogue identification into the received message(319).
Abstract:
A method and a system for managing message threads in a CPMS(Converged IP(Internet Protocol) Messaging Service) are provided to offer the messages transmitted and received between a CPM(Converged IP message) user and an SMS(Short Message Service) user to them as a group at the same time so that the CPM user can effectively transmit and receive interactive messages without judging whether the SMS user's terminal supports the CPMS. A CPM client transmits a SIP message to an IWF(Interworking Function) through a CPM server, including a message to transmit and a thread ID(601,603). Receiving the SIP message(605), the IWF converts it into a proper short message, such as an SMS_SUBMIT PDU, and confirms whether the SIP message contains the thread ID(607,609). If the thread ID exists, the IWF extracts it and adds it to the converted short message(611). Then the IWF sends the short message to an SMSC(SMS Center)(613,615). The IWF transmits the short message to a mobile station through an SMS_DELIVER PDU(617). The mobile station transmits an SMS_DELIVER_REPORT PDU to the SMSC(619). The SMSC transmits an SMS_STATUS_REPORT PDU to the IWF(621). Receiving the SMS_STATUS_REPORT PDU, the IWF transmits a 200 OK message to the CPM client through the CPM server(623,625).
Abstract:
A method for sending mail where plural receivers are designated in a mobile communication system and a system therefor are provided to transmit template messages configured to personalize partial contents of one mail according to each receiver, and to configure personalized mail for each receiver to send the personalized mail, thereby inducing fast replies from each user. A mobile communication terminal(110) sets mail by personalizing partial contents of the mail so that the partial contents are provided to partial receivers only, by inserting index tags assigned for each receiver and predetermined template tags into contents of the mail, configures other contents except the partial contents as template messages set to be commonly provided to all receivers, and sends addresses of each receiver, and then transmits the template messages. A submit server(120) receives the addresses, assigns indexes to the addresses, configures mail corresponding to each receiver in reference to the assigned indexes, and then sends the configured mail to the corresponding receivers.
Abstract:
A multimedia messaging automatic response service method and a system thereof are provided to set different kinds of various automatic response messages for one multimedia message sender, or to set different automatic response messages according to each sender, thereby giving higher satisfaction to both users. An MMS(Multimedia Messaging Service) relay/server checks whether a new multimedia message is received or not(401). If so, the relay/server perceives a receiver of the multimedia message(403), and retrieves whether an automatic response set by the perceived receiver exists or not(405). If so, the relay/server retrieves an automatic response message having a retrieval condition which includes priority set in the message and a sender of the message(409), then checks whether an automatic response message is detected or not(411). If so, the relay/server decides whether one automatic response message is detected or not(413). If so, the relay/server selects the most appropriate automatic response message(415), and transmits the selected automatic response message to the sender of the message(417).
