복수의초음파트랜스듀서소자가평면적으로배열되는 2차원초음파트랜스듀서어레이; 및 2차원초음파트랜스듀서어레이를이루는모든초음파트랜스듀서소자들이초음파신호를송신하도록제어하고, 2차원초음파트랜스듀서어레이를이루는복수의행들중 하나의행에배열된초음파트랜스듀서소자가순차적으로초음파에코신호를수신하도록제어하는제어부를포함함으로써, 2차원초음파트랜스듀서어레이를이용한 3차원초음파영상의생성시, 영상의해상도및 스캐닝속도를향상시킬수 있고, 컴팩트한크기의시스템(복잡도가낮은시스템)으로도대상체에대한 3차원초음파영상을생성할수 있다.

휴대할 수 있고, 영상을 확인하기 용이하며 초음파 프로브에서 발생하는 열을 방출할 수 있는 구성을 구비한 휴대용 초음파 프로브를 제공한다. 휴대용 초음파 프로브는 초음파를 발생시키는 트랜스듀서를 포함하는 메인바디 및 디스플레이부를 포함하고 메인바디의 일단에 회전 가능하게 결합된 폴더부를 포함하고, 메인바디는 트랜스듀서에서 발생하는 열을 흡수하여 방출하는 제1방열모듈을 포함하고, 폴더부는 폴더부의 개방 시 제1방열모듈과 열적으로 연결되어(thermal link) 제1방열모듈에서 흡수한 열을 전달받아 방출하는 제2방열모듈을 포함한다.

The present invention relates to a transducer module in which a transducer is arranged, an ultrasonic probe and a manufacturing method of a frame to which the transducer is fixed, in particular, a transducer module having a curved frame in which a transducer is arranged and a manufacturing method of the curved frame and an ultrasonic probe having a transducer module as an embodiment to which the transducer module having the curved frame is applied. In particular, in the transducer module, a front face is formed in a curved shape and at least one transducer is arranged in the front face, and a curved frame having a material with flexibility formed in the back side of the curved frame and may include a support frame which supports the curved frame.

The present invention relates to a jig. The jig comprises: a wafer; an accommodation groove which is formed by etching the wafer and accommodates a capacitive micromachined ultrasonic transducer (cMUT) when bonding a flip chip; and a separation groove formed by etching a part of the bottom surface of the accommodation groove. The jig prevents damage to a semiconductor chip having a double-sided design structure caused when bonding a flip chip by inserting a thin film of the cMUT into the accommodation groove toward the bottom surface of the separation groove and separating the thin film of the cMUT from the bottom surface of the separation groove when the jig is placed on the bottom surface of the accommodation groove which is not etched.

PURPOSE: A multi-array type ultrasonic probe device and a manufacturing method of the multi-array type ultrasonic probe device obtain accurate ultrasonic data by controlling the transceiving direction of an ultrasonic beam. CONSTITUTION: A tile (101) transmits an ultrasonic beam to and receives it from an object. A mounting part (105) mounts each tile. The mounting part arranges the tiles in a multi-array form. An adhesive part (107) positions adhesive materials on the lower part of the mounting part. The adhesive materials attach the tiles on a substrate.

PURPOSE: A sampling method, an apparatus performing the same, a probe, a receiving beam forming apparatus, and a medical imaging system are provided to generate a diagnostic image about a subject by sampling an echo signal reflected from the subject, thereby effectively taking samples while reducing hardware complexity. CONSTITUTION: A sampling method includes a step of receiving an echo signal reflected from a subject(601), a step of sampling a received echo signal using sampling frequency for extracting I(In-phase) component data and Q(Quadrature) component data(602), and a step of crossly arranging and storing the I and Q component data extracted according to a sampling result(603).
