    Abstract: An imaging apparatus is disclosed. The imaging apparatus comprises: an image unit for photographing an external image; an area decision unit for dividing photographed previous and current image frames into multiple areas, and calculating a moving direction and a distance of each area of the current image frame corresponding to each area of the previous image frame, and determining a background and an object by applying predetermined background and object models based on the calculated moving directions and the distances; and a posture estimation unit for identifying body parts of the decided object based on a body part model, and determining a posture of the object by combining the identified body parts. As a result, the imaging apparatus can distinguish a background and an object of an image frame in various environments and can identify a posture of an object.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A field effect transistor and a sensor based the same are provided to easily control a Schottky barrier by forming an electrode which is contacted with the surface of a semiconductor to form the Schottky barrier. CONSTITUTION: In a field effect transistor and a sensor based the same, a semiconductor channel is formed on a substrate. The semiconductor channel is comprised of a nanowire and a nanotude. A source electrode(121) and a drain electrode(122) are formed in the both ends of semiconductor channel. A third electrode(130) is contacted with the surface of a semiconductor to form the Schottky barrier. A source electrode, a drain electrode, and a third electrode are parallel with each other while having a certain interval between them.
