Abstract: PURPOSE: A locking device of a coke oven is provided to prevent the opening of an oven door despite the increase of the internal pressure of a coke oven and secure continuous coking process. CONSTITUTION: A locking device of a coke oven comprises a holding unit(5), rotating bars(9), a connecting bar(13), and a locking unit(7). The holding unit is coupled to an oven body and has a groove. The rotating bars are coupled to an oven door and lock the oven door by being rotated and fitted to the holding unit. The connecting bar connects the rotating bars in a vertical direction. The locking unit is installed in the connecting bar and the oven door and restricts the movement of the connecting bar to lock the rotating bars. The locking unit comprises a rack(15) installed in the connecting bar, a pinion(17) installed in the rack, and a rotation restricting part which is installed in the pinion to restrict the rotation of the pinion.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An oxygen injection apparatus and method of an electric furnace are provided to safely control a robot by accurately detecting a collision between an oxygen injection rod and an unmelted material of a furnace. CONSTITUTION: An oxygen injection apparatus of an electric furnace comprises a slave robot(200) and a master device(300). The slave robot transfers an oxygen injection rod(210) into molten metal of an electric furnace(100). The master device comprises a controller(310), a display unit(320), and a haptic joystick(330). When the slave robot is operated, the controller calculates a collision between the oxygen injection rod and an unmelted material of the molten metal. The display unit provides an operator with visual information on a virtual space for an actual oxygen injection process. The haptic joystick remote-controls the slave robot and transmits tactile information to the operator using a vibrator according to signals of the controller when the oxygen injection rod collides against an unmelted material of the molten metal.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A cuvette is provided to reduce cost by decreasing the usage of reagent since a first inner space is formed on the upper end of the cuvette and a through hole is formed on the lower end of the cuvette so that the inner space of the cuvette is minimized. CONSTITUTION: A cuvette(100) comprises the upper end(12) and the lower end(32). The upper end comprises an injection hole(13) and forms a first inner space(11) of a container. The lower end is formed to communicate with the first inner space. The lower end comprises a through hole(31), which has a cross section of a narrower area than the first inner space. The through hole has a valve function of being closed by capillary force and being opened by additional pressure. Abstract: 본 발명은 저가의 초음파 센서를 사용하여 환경의 지도를 작성하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 오류가 많은 센서 데이터를 사용하여 환경을 최대한 정확하게 묘사하는 문제를 다룬다. 1) 초음파 센서 데이터들 간의 모순과 초음파 센서로부터의 음압(Sound Pressure)을 사용하여 잘못된 센서 데이터를 구별하는 방법(음압 비교법)을 제안한다. 2) 잘못된 센서 데이터를 선별한 후에, 올바른 데이터를 효과적으로 융합하기 위하여 기존의 maximum likelihood (ML) 방법을 도입한다. ML 방법은 초음파 센서의 각도 불확실성을 다룰 수 있다는 장점을 가지고 있지만, 계산 부담에 의하여 일반적으로 사용되기 어려운 방법이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 ML 방법을 간단한 근사화를 통하여 계산 부담으로부터 자유로운 maximum approximated likelihood (MAL) 방법을 제안한다.
최종적으로 음압 비교법과 MAL 방법을 결합하여, '상충이 소거된 근사 Likelihood의 최대화 방법(Conflict Evaluated Maximum Approximated Likelihood Approach 이하 CEMAL 방법)'을 제안한다. 제안된 CEMAL 방법은 부정확한 초음파 센서를 사용하면서도 레이저 센서를 사용하여 작성된 지도에 준하는 품질의 환경 지도를 작성할 수 있으며, 환경이 변하더라도 변수를 조절할 필요가 없다.

Abstract: A reliability evaluation method of a feature basis map by using occupancy probability of grids is provided to periodically evaluate reliability for object's feature extracted under a dynamic environment by using occupancy probability of grids. The reliability evaluation method of a feature map for a robot includes following steps: the sensing step for sensing the object's feature by using a number of ultrasonic sensors; the prediction step for predicting location uncertainty of the object by using location uncertainty of the robot and sensing uncertainty of the sensor; the map drawing step for drawing an occupancy probability gird map by using the sensor; and the evaluation step for evaluating reliability of the extracted feature by using occupancy probability of the grids.
