Abstract: PURPOSE: A device for generating microbubbles having positive charges and a water treatment device using the same are provided to reduce the cost required to treat water and to prevent the generation of water pollution by attaching foreign materials having negative charges on microbubbles having positive charges and floating the attached product on the surface of treatment water without a chemical material. CONSTITUTION: A device for generating microbubbles having positive charges comprises a mixing unit (10), an electrolyzer (12), and a mixing tank (16). The mixing unit generates bubbles by injecting gas into a predetermined amount of treatment water. The electrolyzer electrifies the bubbles in the treatment water with positive charges.
