PURPOSE: A medium composition for selecting Salmonella Typhimurium is provided to enhance selectivity of Salmonella Typhimurium and to reduce false positive result. CONSTITUTION: A medium composition for selecting Salmonella Typhimurium contains D-arabinose. The composition additionally contains pH indicator of which color changes according to the pH concentration. The medium contains 3.8-7.2 wt% of D-xylose, 5.1-9.5 wt% of L-lysine, 7.9-13.9 wt% of lactose, 7.9-13.9 wt% of saccharose, 5.1-9.5 wt% of sodium chloride, 3-5.6 wt% of yeast extract, 7-13 wt% of sodium desoxycholate, 7-13 wt% of sodium thiosulfate, 0.8-1.6 wt% of ferric ammonium citrate, 16.8-26.8 wt% of agar, and 0.02-0.06 wt% of neutral red.

PURPOSE: A medium composition for distinguishing E.coli O157:H7 is provided to detect damaged O157:H7. CONSTITUTION: A medium composition for selecting and detecting E.coli O157:H7 contains beta-D-gentaobiose and 0.35-0.65 g/L of bile salt without antibiotics. The composition additionally contains pH indicator, 11-19 g/L of peptone, 3.5-6.5 g/L of sodium chloride, 10.5-19.5 g/L of agar, and 0.02-0.04 g/L of neutral red. Beta-D-gentaobiose is contained in 3.5-6.5 g/L.

본 발명은 포도상구균에 대해 숙주감수성을 나타내는 박테리오파지 SA12 및 이를 함유하는 조성물에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 박테리오파지는 기존에 약한 용균활성을 보이던 박테리오파지와 달리, 메티실린 항생제에 감수성이 있는 포도상구균 세균(MSSA)과 메티실린에 저항성을 갖는 포도상구균 세균(MRSA)에도 우수한 감염능을 보이므로, 생물학적 조절제로서 활용될 수 있다.

CONSTITUTION: A polypeptide with a bacteriocin activity contains an amino acid sequence of sequence number 1 or 2. A polynucleotide encoding the amino acid of sequence number 1 has a nucleic acid sequence of sequence number 3. A polynucleotide encoding the amino acid of sequence number 2 has a nucleic acid sequence of sequence number 5. A composition for killing germ independently contains the polypeptide of sequence number 1 or 2 or a combination of the polypeptides. The composition contains a culture of Bacillus cereus ATCC 13061 as an active ingredient.

PURPOSE: An attenuated salmonella live vaccine and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to completely protect a host from pathogenic salmonella strain and to apply to various fields. CONSTITUTION: A salmonella live vaccine is provided to removing ruvB gene from DNA of salmonella strain including ruvB gene or disrupting ruvB gene. The disruption of ruvB gene is performed by removing partial base sequence in ruvB gene or substituting partial base sequence in ruvB base. A salmonella vaccine composition contains salmonella sp. mutant strain and pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
